Prof Dr Ottmar Edenhofer will begin by outlining the costs and risks of climate change and explain why the impending damage will cost us six times more than the costs of mitigation. In his lecture, he will outline possible paths to a climate-neutral economy, outline the current status of EU climate policy and analyse the technical, social and institutional challenges that we still have to overcome on the way to the future.
